• All participants and company representatives are required to register.
• 20% VAT will be added to the listed fees.
• For 3-night accommodation, check-in is on October 31, 2027, and check-out is on November 3, 2027.
• For 2-night accommodation, check-in is on November 1, 2027, and check-out is on November 3, 2027.
• Check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's policy.
• The accompanying person fee includes accommodation in a double room shared with a registered participant.
• The listed accommodation fees apply only to the dates specified above. Different rates may apply for additional nights or stays on other dates. For additional accommodation requests, please contact MOTTO.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• All refunds will be valid if notified to Motto Turizm in writing.
• Registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by September 30, 2025. Cancellations after this date will incur a 50% deduction.
• Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Bank & Payment Details
If the payment is made via bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent to the email address gozde@motto.tc. Once your payment is matched with your registration, it will be confirmed, and you will be notified.
