“SHARE THE SYNERGY OF MACHINING”
The 14th UTIS, scheduled to take place from October 31 to November 3, 2027, is a platform that brings together machining experts from both industry and academia to discuss the latest developments and projects. The synergy created during UTIS leads to the formation of new projects, studies, and collaborations. UTIS continues to attract growing international attention each year. The 13th UTIS, held from October 30 to November 2, 2025, welcomed 344 participants from 16 countries, including Austria, Canada, the USA, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, and China. The number of participants is expected to increase further in 2027. With its growing international presence, UTIS has become a vital platform for fostering not only national but also global collaborations.

WHY SHOULD YOUR COMPANY BE PART OF UTIS?
If your company develops high-tech products, implements advanced machiningapplications, and operates with innovative business models, UTIS is one of the best platforms to showcase your expertise. UTIS provides opportunities to engage directly with customers through presentations, exhibitions in the foyer area, and demonstrations in dedicated workshop spaces.
PROJECT AND R&D COLLABORATIONS
By participating in UTIS and its preparatory meetings throughout the year, you can engage with national and international experts, seize opportunities to collaborate on projects, and develop advanced technological products and applications.
SUPPORTING STUDENTS AND YOUNG RESEARCHERS
Your sponsorship of UTIS will enable undergraduate and graduate students specializing in machining to participate in the event. (In UTIS 2025, 48 students were granted free access to the event.) This support not only contributes to education but also provides an opportunity to meet and network with your potential future collegues.
UTIS is primarily made possible through the generous support of its sponsors. We warmly invite you to contribute to the growth of UTIS and become a valued part of its success.
On behalf of the UTIS Steering Committee,
Prof. Dr. I. Etem SAKLAKOĞLU
